We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bon Parfumeur fragrance; if you are not, you may return any unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring the protective cellophane seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your proof of postage.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
